Personalized telephone answering
The telephone answering is personalized, in your name or on behalf of your company/association/brand, and is carried out in Portuguese, according to the script you provide and the information collected is sent to you by email.
The service is provided on working days, between 9 am and 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm (local hour).
After each service, we sent an email with the information collected.
12 months contract
Included:
- Lisbon telephone number;
- activation of the service.
Total: €240+VAT
Additional price for each answering (€1.50+VAT)
6 months contract
Included:
- Lisbon telephone number;
- activation of the service.
Total: €150+VAT
Additional price for each answering (€1.50+VAT)
- payment of the total amount is made when subscribing to the service (the monthly amount is indicated for information purposes);
- example for a 6-month contract where you top up your account with €40+VAT:
- total initial price: €90 (telephone number+activation) + €40 (deposit in the account for answerings)
- balance after the first call: €40-€1.5=€38.5+VAT
- balance after the 26th call: €1 --> you need to top up the account
- answering service is provided if there is a positive balance on the account;
- the balance at the end of the contract is transferred to the next contract upon timely renewal of the service;
- VAT (23%) is added to the values indicated.
Optional telephone answering services
Outside telephone answering hours, calls can be sent to a personalized recording. Example: "Thank you for contacting us. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Please call back during these hours and we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you!".
Price charged to the account balance (if the contract is renewed, this service remains active at no extra cost):
- recording in Portuguese: €40.00 + VAT23%.
