a) Shipping via UPS of documents to Portugal and the rest of the world (with tracking number, requires signature upon receipt, shipping to PO boxes is not possible)

- estimate the cost on the UPS website; additional costs include UPS pickup at LXoffice and LXoffice processing fees (for redirection initiated by the customer, UPS will later charge an additional fee that will be debited to your account; in case of return, the additional cost is equal to the shipping cost). Example: UPS Express Saver envelope shipping to Portugal: approximately € 25.00 + VAT.

b) Unregistered shipping via CTT of documents "without commercial value" (without tracking number; in case of loss, contact CTT directly).

- mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores: envelope 162x229 mm or 229x324 mm: € 19.00 + VAT.

- rest of the world: envelope 162x229 mm: € 19.00 + VAT.

WE SEND:

- documents and goods "without commercial value" to mainland Portugal and the islands ("with commercial value" only via UPS, by contracting insurance);

- documents "without commercial value" to all over the world;

- documents "with commercial value" to all over the world, only via UPS, by contracting insurance;

- goods "without commercial value" to the other countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) ("with commercial value" only via UPS, by contracting insurance).

WE DO NOT SEND:

(please arrange the customs clearance procedures and contract the services of a carrier directly to collect at our facilities)

- goods to addresses outside the European Union or to territories belonging to EU countries which for customs purposes are considered non-Community, such as: Büsingen, Heligoland (Germany); Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra (Spain); Mount Athos (Greece); Livigno, Lake Lugano (Italy); Guernsey, Jersey, Gibraltar (Great Britain); Faroe Islands (Denmark); Åland Islands (Finland).

"Documents" refer to letters, manuscripts, drawings and printed documents. They are inserted into envelopes.

"Goods" refers to any tangible and transportable object other than money, including merchandise.
